Return and Exchange Guidelines - U.S. Orders
My Pink Rose accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective items. Returns initiated within 30 days of the shipping date are eligible for a store credit (My Pink Rose E-Gift Card). Begin your return or exchange process here.
For exchanges, items must be the same but in a different size and requested within 30 days of the shipping date. Start your exchange here.
Defective or damaged items must first be reported to Customer Care here within three days of receipt.
Exchange is only available for doorbusters of different sizes.
Items ineligible for return or exchange include:
  • Personalized items
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hosiery
  • Items marked as final sale
Order amendments, modifications, or cancellations are not feasible post-checkout.
Defective Items Protocol:
Report defective items within three days of receipt to Customer Care here, including a photo of the defect. Claims made after this period will not qualify for return or replacement.
My Pink Rose is not liable for damage due to improper care, handling, incorrect sizing, or discrepancies in color or pattern due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings.
Returns Procedure:
Initiate returns via the Return Portal Link. A $8.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit for using our return label, covering any number of items.
Combine multiple returns in one package, ensuring a return-authorization request for each item, including the return slip and invoice for all items.
Shoes must be returned in an additional box to avoid damage. My Pink Rose will reject returns with stickers or labels on the shoe box or a damaged shoe box.
Return refunds will be sent to a My Pink Rose E-Gift Card to the email associated with the order and processed within two weeks.
Gift Returns:
The process starts at the Return Portal Link. The return shipping cost of $8.99 will be deducted from your store credit, applicable to any number of items.
In one package, include a return authorization request for each item, along with the return slip and invoice for all items.
Shoe return guidelines as above apply.
My Pink Rose will issue a refund to the designated email address as a My Pink Rose E-Gift Card, processed within two weeks.
International Return Policy:
International returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise are accepted for store credit (My Pink Rose E-Gift Card) within 30 days of shipping. Final sale items are non-returnable.
To initiate an international return, contact Customer Care here within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping fees and actual shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
